Inforonics Acquires Vigilant Enterprise Solutions

Inforonics Expands Service Availability Management Portfolio with Strategic Acquisition

August 18, 2009 - Littleton, MA - Inforonics, LLC, a premium service availability management and outsourced technical support provider, announced its acquisition of Vigilant Enterprise Solutions. Terms were not disclosed though the merger is set to broaden the scope of Inforonics' current offerings in IT Service Availability Management, which include business service modeling, application performance management and infrastructure management services.

The acquisition of Vigilant is another step in the recent expansion of the service availability management portfolio of Inforonics.
