In this episode, Scott is going to talk about a web hosting provider offering domain name services and a SaaS web site builder tool. This organization started out relatively small... marketing their services to small business owners and individuals that wanted to create their own websites. They were approached by a firm that represented a number of start-up ventures. The company wanted to purchase a large quantity of the web site builder tool licenses, or more accurately 'seats' since it was a SaaS offering, for use by its customers. The number of end-users requiring not only access to the tool, but web hosting, domain names and, of course, technical support would be doubling almost overnight. Any company would be thrilled to have their business grow so rapidly but in order to make the deal successful, the hosting ISV was going to need help.
