- Recorded "Welcome Message" and live, agent greetings using your name or company name.
- Monthly fees conveniently transferred from your PayPal™ account. (Service requires that you set up a PayPal™ Account)
- Call details are escalated to you via email or phone and archived in the Inforonics Heuristix Information Management System.
- Choose what information to collect from callers and how and where to send the information collected: email, phone, or warm transfer.
