Bruce Mills, President

Bruce Mills is responsible for the vision, strategic direction and day-to-day operations at Inforonics. A high-tech industry veteran, Bruce has spent over 20 years building high performance businesses in the software, manufacturing, insurance, telecommunications, health-care, hospitality and professional services industries. Joining Inforonics in 1999 as Director of Professional Services he quickly established his leadership presence and was appointed Inforonics' President in 2002. Prior to Inforonics, Bruce served as Senior Practice Director at Oracle Corporation, Director of Systems Architecture and Database Management at Bass Hotels Resorts, and Director of Systems Integration at AT&T. Bruce spent 10 years at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he served in several management and software engineering positions. He also held technical and management positions at American International Group, Grieco Manufacturing, and Keydata Corporation.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a member of the CEO Roundtable, the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, the Software Information Industry Association and sits on the Board of Advisors/Directors for the MSPAlliance.

Tom Pellegriti, Vice President of Finance and Operations

As VP of Finance and Operations, Tom Pellegriti provides financial leadership by implementing initiatives designed to enhance the company's operating performance. Over the past 15 years, he has maintained a leadership role within the professional service environment as well as the publishing/communications industry.
Before joining Inforonics, Tom served as a senior financial consultant for Parson Group, providing support and direction to executive management optimizing financial and operating performance for Parson's clients, where he received the award of excellence for customer support and revenue generation.
Prior to Parson Group, Tom spent 10 years as chief financial officer for Harte-Hanks Community Newspapers. Tom's responsibilities also included accounting, human resources, information technology, inventory administration and facility management for a multitude of real estate properties. Tom also worked at Gannett Publications, and is an alumni of Northeastern University.

Ted Wilbur, Vice President of Infrastructure

Ted Wilbur is VP of Infrastructure and is responsible for the Network, Security and Systems IT Services at Inforonics. Ted provides IT Executive leadership to the team of Network Engineers, System Administrators, and DBAs. Ted is responsible for building, managing, and monitoring the security, availability and performance for all customers across the enterprise. Ted has 20 years of experience deploying and supporting complex, highly available networks and systems.
Prior to joining Inforonics, Ted was the Associate Vice President of Unix Systems at Putnam Investments and was Director of Technical Operations with the Internet Services Group at EMC Corporation. Ted managed a large team of engineers providing network, security, systems administration and DBA services to EMC customers in EMC's showcase web hosting and e-commerce data center.  Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, graduating with Distinction.

Matthew Hooper, Vice President of Information and Marketing Services

Matthew Hooper serves as chief information officer and is VP of Information and Marketing Services at Inforonics responsible for managing information that is critical to the strategic operation of the company. Matt is responsible for planning and execution of goto market strategies of markets served, and supports the executive staff with sale, marketing, operational, and industry data analysis. He is also responsible for the corporate identity of the corporation, branding, and perceived value to the market place.
Matt joined Inforonics as part of the acquisition of Vigilant Enterprise Solutions, Inc. where he served as chief technology officer, chief marketing officer and ultimately chief executive officer.  Matt has over 18 years experience with roles in IT, Sales, Marketing, and Business Administration.  Matt holds a marketing degree from Newbury College in Boston and a degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental in Chicago.

Jeff Roberts, Vice President of Client Services

Jeff Roberts is VP of Client Services and is the major contributor to the strategic vision of client retention and satisfaction. Jeff is responsible for maximizing each client's potential success, and manages a team of client service professionals who with timely communications drive effective problem resolution. Jeff is accountable for the personal attention given to Inforonics client base and oversees client implementations, ongoing account management, project management, and technical service delivery. Jeff handles all client satisfaction issues and coordinates the client needs with internal teams to ensure successful engagements.
Jeff joined Inforonics in May 2000 and has held several management positions within the organization leading to his current role. Prior to joining Inforonics, Jeff spent four years in the U.S. Army and 22 years in the retail music industry - the last four of those years as President of his own international music wholesale company. He is a member of the International Customer Management Institute.
