Our geographically distributed data centers are fully connected by high capacity backbones consisting of public and dedicated network facilities leased from a variety of first-tier carriers for superior performance and availability. Internet peering and transit is also provided by tier-one carriers, and we use the latest technologies from Cisco, Foundry Networks, and Nortel, among others, throughout our hosting network.
Internal networks connect the various system components within the hosting platform. Customer-facing network interfaces allow for connections to enterprise networks, back-end systems, and other customers.
Bandwidth usage is measured at 5-minute intervals at the 95th percentile and charged per Mbps per month.
The fixed, monthly fee covers Network Bandwidth usage up to a maximum Mbps threshold per month. The Network Bandwidth usage estimate and associated pricing are based on information obtained during requirements gathering. In order to arrive at the correct service level and appropriate pricing for each customer, Inforonics will review the customer's monthly Network Bandwidth usage reports after 90 days of service. At that time, Inforonics will provide the customer with the monthly totals for the previous three months, an average for those three months and the growth rate, if any.

Continuing for the remainder of the term at the current service level and pricing
Continuously monitoring changes in the security landscape through industry information sources and incorporating this information into our VPN management strategies
Decreasing the monthly minimum commitment for the remainder of the term with a corresponding increase in per Mbps pricing, if applicable OR
Increasing the monthly minimum commitment for the remainder of the term with a corresponding decrease in per Mbps pricing, if applicable
