Inforonics is currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

Technical Support Call Center Team Leader

The ideal candidate will interact with customers/callers/end-users, managed services customers, product development engineers, network operations engineers and other technical support personnel either in person, by phone, or via email, requiring extensive experience in the company software, considerable ingenuity, originality, and resourcefulness. You will also work with management to motivate and develop your team, and provide detailed updates on all shift matters on a daily basis.


Customer Service Representatives (Part-Time)

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team atmosphere, must be comfortable using a computer and navigating browser screens, and have flexible work hours to include days, nights, weekends, swing shifts and holidays.


Technical Support Representative

The ideal candidate will enjoy and be able to demonstrate his or her ability to interact with client companies and end-users via phone or email and to help resolve technical issues. Technical issues will come from a wide range of users and industries and will consist of many different systems and applications. You should have an inherent ability to troubleshoot and to focus on the needs of the customer using excellent verbal and written skills in a professional and courteous manner.
