Incident management's goal is to restore service as quickly as possible. Many organizations are able to do that, but they struggle to find the root cause of the incident to minimize the risk of repeated outages or problems. Our top down approach isolates outages to domains, utilizes existing or temporary diagnostics to drill down into that domain and isolates key fault areas. From this remediation plans are prioritized and managed to correct the identified faults.
