INFORONICS SIGNS GLOBAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDER FOR 24/7 TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES

RNK Communications to leverage Inforonics branded, outsourced technical support services

Littleton, MA – September 24, 2007 – Inforonics, LLC, a branded, outsourced technical support and custom managed services provider, announced today that it has signed a two-year deal with RNK Communications, a full service global telecommunications provider, to provide branded, 24/7, Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer and technical support for its Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and prepaid communications products. 

Under the agreement, Inforonics will provide Tier 1 customer support to RNK VoIP customers for resolution of common issues like connection difficulties and assisting customers with payment issues. Inforonics will also provide Tier 2 technical support to VoIP users who are, as an example, experiencing difficulty with device set-up. RNK’s prepaid calling card customers will benefit from Inforonics’ experienced customer support when encountering issues such as cellular telephone number association, and questions regarding virtual telephone number set-up and access complications.
