Inforonics Delivers Managed Services and Technical Support to Mzinga’s Business Social Media Platform 

Proven outsourced hosting infrastructure and technical support solutions to support Mzinga pervasive online communities

Littleton, MA – June 16, 2008 - Inforonics, LLC, a custom managed services and outsourced, branded technical support provider, announced today that it has entered into a three-year agreement to provide managed hosting and support services for Burlington MA-based Mzinga, the leader in online community and Learning 2.0 solutions for the workplace, marketplace and extended enterprise.

Under the contract agreement, Inforonics will provide fully managed hosting services for Mzinga’s online community platform, including intrusion detection and virtual private network management for over 100 servers in its tier one datacenter facility. Inforonics will also provide management of email servers and accounts for online moderators. Additionally, Inforonics will deliver premium tier one technical support to Mzinga end-users and tier-three support for internal Mzinga engineers.
