Bruce Mills, President Bruce Mills is responsible for the vision, strategic direction and day-to-day operations at Inforonics. A high-tech industry veteran, Bruce has spent over 20 years building high performance businesses in the software, manufacturing, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, hospitality and professional services industries. Bruce joined Inforonics in 1999 as Director of Professional Services and held positions of increasing leadership resulting in his appointment to Inforonics' President in 2002. Prior to Inforonics, Bruce served as Senior Practice Director at Oracle Corporation overseeing data warehouse operations and its decision support consulting practice. He previously held the titles of Director of Systems Architecture and Database Management at Bass Hotels & Resorts, and Director of Systems Integration at AT&T. Bruce spent 10 years at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he served in several management and software engineering positions. He also held technical and management positions at American International Group, Grieco Manufacturing, and Keydata Corporation.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a member of the CEO Roundtable, the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, the Software Information Industry Association and sits on the Board of Advisors/Directors for the MSPAlliance
Tom Pellegriti, Vice President of Finance and Operations
As VP of Finance and Operations, Tom Pellegriti provides financial leadership by implementing new initiatives designed to enhance the company's operating performance. Over the past 15 years, he has maintained a leadership role within the professional service environment as well as the publishing/communications industry.
Before joining Inforonics, Tom served as a senior financial consultant for Parson Group, providing support and direction to executive management, which led to enhanced financial and operating performance for many Parson clients. During his employment with Parson Group, Tom received the award of excellence for customer support and revenue generation.
Prior to Parson Group, Tom served as chief financial officer for 10 years within the publishing industry. At Harte-Hanks Community Newspapers, a multi million-dollar division of Harte-Hanks Communications, Inc., Tom was responsible for all accounting, human resources, information technology, inventory administration and facility management for a multitude of real estate properties. Tom also provided a similar role as a chief financial officer with Gannett Publications, a leader in Maine with offices in Portland.
Tom is an alumni of Northeastern University.
Ted Wilbur, Vice President of Network, Security and Systems Ted Wilbur is the Vice President of Network, Security and Systems at Inforonics. His team of Network Engineers, System Administrators, and DBAs are responsible for building and managing network, monitoring and security concerns for all customers across the enterprise, as well as building and maintaining all servers running Microsoft operating systems and multiple flavors of Unix. Ted has 20 years of experience deploying complex, highly available network and systems implementations in mission critical production environments.
Prior to joining Inforonics, Ted was the Associate Vice President of Unix Systems at Putnam Investments and was Director of Technical Operations with the Internet Services Group at EMC Corporation. In this role, he managed a team of over 40 engineers providing network, security, systems administration and DBA services to EMC customers in EMC's showcase web hosting and e-commerce datacenter.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, graduating with Distinction.
Jeff Roberts, Vice President of Client Services Jeff Roberts contributes strategic vision to client retention and satisfaction goals and manages a team of client service professionals who maximize each client's potential for success with timely communications, effective problem resolution, and personal attention from a single, accountable Client Services Manager. Client Services oversees new client implementations, ongoing account management, ongoing project management for managed and technical service delivery, resolution of client satisfaction issues and coordination of client needs with the other Inforonics teams to ensure successful engagements.
Jeff joined Inforonics in May 2000 and has held several management positions within the organization leading to his current role. Prior to joining Inforonics, Jeff spent four years in the U.S. Army and 22 years in the retail music industry - the last four of those years as President of his own international music wholesale company. He is a member of the International Customer Management Institute.
